My stay at Cervo Mountain Resort was quite pleasant overall. The stunning views of the Matterhorn and the beautiful, well-designed rooms were definite highlights. However, I encountered a few issues such as weak shower pressure and the reception staff not being as helpful as expected. Despite this, the quality of service during most of my stay was commendable. 🌟
